Everything about the wall is ridiculous. Of course I disagree with it from a political and moral perspective. Aside from that, though, do they really think people aren't able to climb over it? And at least from your photo, it looks like it might be possible to swim around the section that extends into the ocean too. Anyway...

That is a pretty crazy coincidence. I wonder if they saw you taking a picture of the hubcaps and that gave them the idea to steal them??
