I personally do enjoy most of his movies a lot, but I agree that his style is now overused by other filmmakers and in greater pop culture. A lot of film students now seem to go through a phase of completely copying his style instead of coming up with their own. I'm not sure how I'll feel about his upcoming film; I didn't like French Dispatch very much at all. On the other hand, I love Moonrise Kingdom and Grand Budapest Hotel
