Not really, unfortunately. I've sometimes found that if I've exercised a lot during the day, that helps me feel more tired/sleepy, but it doesn't always work. Sometimes stretching helps too, but again, not always. I'm kind of the same way about stress (positive or negative) keeps me awake.

Anyway, I enjoyed the poem!
