This is a really interesting idea and one that I need to implement more often. I obviously notice my mood but I don't know if I'm always good about being aware of what exactly causes small ups and downs. Some things I notice, for example, being with certain friends drastically improves my mood, sitting for too long without getting exercise and fresh air can make me feel grumpy, and reading the news makes me feel anxious and depressed. But I'm sure there are other things as well that I don't think about. Another great article, Melissa!
