This is so well-put! I've experienced this in both positive and negative ways. Sometimes a photo taken from just the right angle, with just the right lighting, and of one particular spot can make a place seem amazing, but when you actually go it's disappointing in real life. On the other hand, many times the photos don't do a place justice.
