…egon Film Museum, the Old Clatsop County jail used in The Goonies, and were awestruck by the charm. I wasn’t aware that Astoria and this jail housed many other popular movies. Kindergarten Cop, Short Circuit, Come See The Paradise, Free Willy, Benji, Into The Wild, Green Room, and many others. It’s a picturesque location with cool, old buildings, so I can see the lure.
