You've inspired me to try writing 24 goals for 2024! Looking forward to reading your list too.

I write most days - but I think for me personally, it works a little bit better to write a slightly longer amount (30 or 45 minutes) so that I can get into the flow of things, because I'm not sure I'd really be able to get my thoughts in order in 2-4 minutes. And then I like to have a day off per week. But like I said, that's just what works for me.
